1. Return Eligibility
– You have 7 days from the date of delivery to commence a return.
– To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
– Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom-made products, and items designated as “Final Sale.”
2. How to Initiate a Return

– Upon approval of your return, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending back your item.
– It is important not to dispatch your purchase for return without prior approval.
3. Return Shipping Costs
– Defective or Wrong Item: In the event that the return is a result of our error (e.g., receipt of a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
– Other Returns: For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please be aware that return shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process

– When your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 30 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.

– Customized Scents (e.g., attars, perfumes )

8. Sale Items
Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
9. Gifts
In the event that the item was designated as a gift upon purchase and directly shipped to you, a gift credit equivalent to the return value will be issued to you upon receipt and approval of the returned item. Subsequently, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
